1948 Jeep Willys
We are selling this Jeep to settle an estate. There is no Title, only a Bill of Sale. E-Bay made me choose “salvage” before they would let me advertise – BUT THERE IS NO TITLE TO THE JEEP. The body is rough but it does have a fresh coat of paint brush applied green paint, inside and out. There is excessive Bondo, amateurishly applied, all over the body but it appears to cover dents instead of rust. The Jeep starts easily, stops and drives. The 4 wheel drive operates. The motor sounds good but smokes a little. Tires are good. There is slack in the front end. I am sure that the Jeep came off of a central Texas ranch and a ranch is where it needs to be, not on the highways. I have set the reserve high enough to get an honest value for the estate, but the high bid will probably buy it, so bid honestly. The Jeep is located in Brady, Texas and is available for inspection only by appointment. Delivery is available for an additional charge, if Buyer desires. I test drove the Jeep and will answer easy questions.
