The Jeep brand is simply awesome. Countless variations have worn the Jeep badge and its heritage spans over 60 years. The CJ5 is all about fun and adventure and so are the people who own them. We are thrilled to bring this pretty rare setup to market. This 1969 Jeep CJ5 with the Dauntless V6 was a very limited production setup and provided a ton of power across the entire spectrum of RPM. These were built very well and many true enthusiasts will say it was the best engine that Jeep offered. Vehicle came out of Arizona and remained there its entire life other than a short stint in Minnesota by a Jeep collector that used this CJ5 only a few times for parades and display. Vehicle comes with the unique Overland trunk setup that will hold two Jerry cans, storage and mounts nicely on the back of the Jeep. Further features include; 15in wheels with 31in tires, 3spd manual transmission, soft top with doors, fire extinguisher, and full roll bar. Recent service and maintenance performed by the previous owner were; new brakes, new brake lines, wiring harness, battery, starter, alternator, water pump, and engine serviced. Also new Speed Hut gauges were recently installed with new carpet kit.
This rig fires up with ease, hustles thru the gears quickly and will conquer trails, two-tracks, mud, or anything else you want to explore. Body is in very good condition and overall this is a great setup for the thrill seeker or car show circuit. Drive and enjoy, just have fun in a Jeep!
