Terms of Sale
It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect and ask questions before bidding or buying a vehicle! The successful high bidder is required to submit a $500 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit; which is due immediately following the close of the auction. Successful “winning” bidder must contact seller within 24 hours after the auction has ended to verify purchase and make arrangements to complete the transaction. Within (3) business days of the end of auction, full payment must be received either by cash, cashiers-check, or wire transfers. If funds are not received, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please call with any questions. PayPal is the only payment method accepted for deposits.
The car is sold as-is with no warranties expressed or implied, including the implied warranty of merchantability, or any guarantees for any purpose, unless expressly modified by the terms and descriptions above or law. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. We welcome a Buyer’s Inspection. If you plan to have a Buyer’s Inspection, please make sure you have the vehicle inspected prior to the end of the auction. Inspection fees, if any, are the “Buyer’s” sole responsibility.
Florida residents must pay state sales tax on total purchase price (6%). Must pay county surtax where the vehicle is being registered. Must pay transfer fees for vehicle registration, title and license plate. Out of state buyers are responsible for ALL state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. Title Processing Fee Service that is variable depending on where you live in your state/county. Additional taxes for your state and county may apply. We will provide you with proper sales tax documentation showing proof of the taxes we collect from you. There will be no dealer-fees on any of our transactions. We do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders. New bidders with zero feedback rating should email us or call us prior to bidding.
