1977 Jeep Cherokee

Perfect wintertime project to stave off the cold!
Remember riding around with dad in one of these? I do!! These are super popular right now, and hard to find — especially the 2-door 360 manual. This beauty was a 1-owner car until recently. Never raced or off-roaded. The rear manual window works! When it’s out and about, it gathers lookers and thumbs ups. It’s original look was attractive to movie producers and as a result, found it’s way into Netflix’s Mindhunter; a series about the start of FBI profiling in the 1970’s-1980’s.
It runs and drives, and has much historic provenance to go along with it. The body has yielded to the typical passage of time as evident in the photos. Still indeed a very solid project to build relationships over.
After a long search, I was so happy to have won this Cherokee on eBay a short time ago. As I was organizing a transport company for delivery, my son found another Cherokee close to home. Instead of paying transport fees to get this one home, I opted to keep the other Jeep and sell this one. It is located in Somerset, PA.
