1983 Jeep CJ5 Renegade
1983 was the last year for the Jeep CJ5. approx. 3000 were built, approx. 300 were Renegades, and approx. only 5% of those were Sherwood green with nutmeg interior which makes this an extremely rare and collectible jeep. I bought this from the second owner who owned it for approx. 18 years. The original owner lived in Arizona. The body/frame etc. is all original and absolutely rust free. Everything works as it should. Yes, even the gas and temp gauge. I had the jeep professionally repainted last year, and had the suspension replaced as it was worn (shocks, springs, steering stabilizer, bushings, etc.). This jeep starts right up no matter the temp. outside and drives fantastic. It has tilt wheel, power steering & power brakes. original AMC keys for the glove box lock You will never find another 83 CJ5 in this condition with these factory colors! I have kept it parked inside a climate controlled garage and only drive it on nice days.
